Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Cancellations

a. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support via telephone no later than 24 hours from the time of purchase. We recommend calling us directly for a prompt response.

b. Cancellations requested within the speci􏰀ed timeframe will be processed, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns

a. We want you to be completely satis􏰀ed with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt.

b. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support for further instructions. We will provide you with a return authorisation and details on how to send the item(s) back to us.

c. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Exchanges

a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different shade or length, please contact our customer support. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.

b. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will work with you to and a suitable alternative or offer a refund.

c. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Exchanges will only be posted out once original item is received.

Return Eligibility
a. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned item(s) must meet the following criteria: i. e item(s) must be in their original, unopened packaging.
ii. e hygiene security tags must be intact, keeping the bundle together.
b. Items that do not meet the above criteria may be returned to the client at their own cost.

Refunds
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. b. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
